Pulse Bags manufactures and sells soft luggage including Laptop Backpacks, School Bags, College Bags, Office Bags, Shopping Bags, Travel Bags, Duffle Bags, Gym Bags, Tiffin Bags, Sling Bags, and Soft Luggage.

• All product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colours may slightly vary due to screen settings.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
• In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Pulse Bags reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
• We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other methods available at checkout.
• All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay or the payment gateway active at the time of purchase.
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of fraud, payment failure, or stock unavailability.

Shipping and Delivery

Pulse Bags ships Pan India using Delhivery Courier and other logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier delays, or public holidays.

• Standard delivery: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer.
• Tracking details with an AWB number will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch.
• Pulse Bags is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner or natural events beyond our control.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pulse Bags purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or incorrect items only.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized, corporate, or bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

Pulse Bags specializes in corporate gifting and bulk quantity orders. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum order quantities may apply for customized products.
• Customization options include name print, logo print, custom size, and custom colour.
• A design proof will be shared for approval before production begins.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
• Lead time for corporate orders is typically 10 to 21 business days depending on quantity.
• Payment terms for bulk orders will be communicated separately by our team.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and brand identity belong to Pulse Bags and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
• The Pulse Bags name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks.
• Unauthorized use of our brand assets may result in legal action.
