Pulse Bags — Exchange & Return Policy

Overview
At Pulse Bags, every product is crafted with care and quality. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
Please read this policy carefully before raising a return or exchange request. All returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Not all orders are eligible for return. Please check the conditions below before raising a request:
- Manufacturing defect or stitching issue
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong colour or size delivered
- Item damaged during transit
- Missing parts or accessories
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Tags removed or original packaging missing
- Request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Customized or personalized orders
- Corporate and bulk gifting orders
- Sale or discounted items
How to Raise a Return Request
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange request:
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products in case of size mismatch or colour variation (subject to stock availability).
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or colour.
- If the requested variant is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or full refund.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- Exchange shipping charges (both ways) are borne by the customer, except in cases of our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refund processing time is 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- UPI and Net Banking refunds are typically faster (2 to 4 business days).
- Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to share your bank account details.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please follow these steps immediately:
- Do not use or alter the product in any way.
- Take clear photos or a short video of the product, packaging, and the issue.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on +91 99307 24242 or email us at support@pulsebags.in.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup at our cost and ship a replacement immediately.
- If the replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Corporate and Bulk Orders
Custom and bulk corporate gifting orders have a separate policy due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
- All corporate and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
- A design proof is shared and approved by the client before production begins. Changes after approval are not accepted.
- In case of a manufacturing defect on our end, we will re-produce and re-deliver the affected units at no extra cost.
- Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once production starts, no cancellation is possible.
Return Shipping
The responsibility for return shipping charges depends on the reason for return:
- Our error (wrong item, defect, damage): Pulse Bags arranges and pays for the reverse pickup entirely.
- Customer request (size exchange, change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments. Pulse Bags is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Please share the return tracking number with us after shipping the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Products with removed tags or missing original packaging.
- Customized products with name print, logo print, or any personalization.
- Corporate and bulk gifting orders after production approval.
- Sale items, discounted products, or items purchased during promotional offers.
- Products returned after the 7-day return window has expired.
