1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly at support@pulsebags.com before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are Delivered within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, launches, or promotional events, processing time may be extended due to high volume.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49–₹79 will apply, depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number

A link to track your package in real time

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at support@pulsebags.com.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with leading courier companies such as:

Delhivery

Blue Dart

DTDC

India Post

Shiprocket logistics network

We select the best delivery partner based on your pin code and delivery type.

7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Unforeseen weather conditions

Operational delays from courier companies

Incorrect/incomplete delivery address

In such cases, we will assist you in tracking and rescheduling your delivery.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please:

Contact us within 6 hours of placing the order

Email us at support@pulsebags.com with your Order ID and updated address

Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes. We may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch. Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may lead to blocking of COD option for future purchases.
